Eric Eubanks
Eric Eubanks assists clients in various employment law and benefits related matters including, but not limited to, employment agreements, separation agreements, equity compensation agreements and benefits and retirement plans, with a particular emphasis on dispute resolution and litigation.
In addition, Mr. Eubanks has extensive litigation experience representing commercial and corporate clients on a broad range of matters in State and Federal Court. Mr. Eubanks utilizes this experience to help the firm’s clients assess their options and make decisions consistent with their goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eubanks was a senior associate attorney at a New York law firm specializing in complex contract, shareholder and partnership matters.
While in Law School, Mr. Eubanks was an intern for the Honorable Prudence Carter Beatty, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.
